Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup grated vegetables (carrots, cabbage, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds and water. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to form a gel-like consistency.

  3. Shape the mixture into patties.
  4. Cook the patties on a non-stick pan or griddle until golden brown on both sides.
